1. Pre-Orders & Production Schedule

• Advance Booking: All calendar purchases are pre-orders. Photos are captured on-site during the International Studebaker Meetup in Waxahachie, Texas.

• Estimated Shipping: Calendars are scheduled to print and ship following the completion of event photo editing and layout finalization. Estimated ship dates will be communicated via email updates.

2. Featured Vehicle Subscriptions & Selection

• Random Event Photos: General calendar imagery is selected at the photographer's discretion from overall event coverage.

• Guaranteed Feature Slots: Vehicle owners who request and confirm a dedicated monthly feature slot via direct communication agree to the terms outlined during booking.

3. Payment, Shipping & Taxes

• Full Payment: Payment of $35 plus applicable tax and shipping fees is due at checkout to secure your order.

• Address Accuracy: Buyers are responsible for providing correct shipping address details. Re-shipping fees for returned items due to incorrect addresses will be billed to the buyer.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Final Sale: Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of this limited product, all sales are final once the pre-order period closes and production begins.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your calendar arrives damaged or with printing defects, notify us within 7 business days of delivery with photos of the damage to receive a replacement.

5. Copyright & Image Rights

• Intellectual Property: All photography, graphics, and layout designs within the calendar remain the exclusive copyright of Car Pro Photos.

• Personal Use Only: Calendar purchases do not transfer digital rights, commercial licenses, or reproduction rights for any images contained inside.
