ALL-INCLUSIVE WEEKEND COVERAGE PACKAGE

  • All media for the main events on the schedule from Friday evening thru Sunday afternoon
     

  • Delivery of 400 plus fully curated high-resolution photos
     

  • Two Video Shows of event (sample video)
     

  • Car Pro Photos collaboration reel
     

  • Delivery within 14 business days via a secure, photo gallery (option to make gallery private or open to public)
     

  • Commercial Licensing Rights:
    Full, non-expiring commercial and resale usage rights granted to The E'mperial     Corvette Club.
    This grants permission for digital marketing, social media syndication, future print flyers, and     direct resale or licensure of assets to third parties.
     

  • All creative hours, post-processing, commercial licensing, and all travel/lodging overhead

TERMS AND NEXT STEPS

  • To secure availability for the June 5th - 7th, 2026 weekend, a signed service agreement and a 50%
    non-refundable retainer fee are required.

    The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of on-site services on Sunday, June 7, 2026. If the club accepts this package an invoice will be sent.
